One-Day Workshops

Ego Death Demystified

Boundaries without Rejection, Disconnect or Guilt

Seeing through Deficiency

January 26th, 10-17 CET

Ego death is often seen as a mystical experience achieved through intense spiritual practice or extreme life events. In this workshop, we will demystify ego death, showing that it isn’t about losing, rejecting or transcending yourself through effortful practices but rather natural and effortless consequence of clearly and precisely recognising how you create self-perception.

February 23rd, 10-17 CET

Learning to set boundaries is one of the most loving things you can do for yourself as well as others. Learn how Being-Centred Therapy can help you set boundaries and say “no” in ways that bring connection instead of division.

March 16th, 10-17 CET

Imposter syndrom, low self-esteem, lack of self-worth, perfectionism, self-doubt, social anxiety and burnout. There are many names for the experience of feeling that you are not good enough, flawed or wrong. In this workshop, you will learn to recognise how and why you unconsciously create such experiences of a deficient self and how you can dissolve it without changing anything about yourself.
